17 YEARS OF MARILOU
It's been seventeen years since my first job, folding jumpers in a little boutique in Geelong. I was saving for a car, but I fell in love with the work instead: helping someone find the one piece that makes them stand a little taller.
Since then, I've packed my life into boxes more times than I can count. Sydney, where a buying job showed me how much is made to be replaced by next season. Byron Bay, where I learnt that simple usually wins. A few years overseas, mostly missing home. And finally Melbourne, where it all came together.
Along the way, I got tired of scrolling past a hundred things to find one I actually liked. So I made the shop I always wanted to find: small on purpose, with every piece earning its place. Good quality, a fair price, and something you'll still reach for next year.
Thanks for being here. After all those moves, it means a lot that you found my little corner.
